We stopped here unexpectedly while driving on Route 80 after having issues with our truck, and the team at Jimmy’s was incredible. We were helped immediately by a mechanic who was super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We mentioned that we were on a road trip and in a rush, and they prioritized our service right away—had the truck on the lift within minutes and fully resolved the issue in under an hour. The price was extremely fair, and they didn’t try to upsell us on anything unnecessary. Truly one of the best auto shop experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend Jimmy’s for any and all car servicing—these guys go above and beyond!!

Took my pickup here for service and state inspection this week. These guys are great. They’re very polite and professional. I waited for my vehicle in their customer lounge area and enjoyed all the cool photos on the wall of old Ford Mustangs/ Shelby’s and even a nice pic of Steve McQueen. They had my truck serviced and ready in no time and I was on my way. Price was very fair. I will bring all my vehicles here from now on. Thanks Jimmys!

I highly recommend Jimmys to anyone in the area. We had an emergency leak during a road trip and had to pull off and stop here. The staff was quick to diagnose the issue, put us up on the lift, then make the fix. Really knowledgable and amazing group of people.

Fantastic service. Had very low tire pressure, they checked all tires and filled the extremely low tire; found no issues and did not charge anything- complimentary. Awesome experience- thank you!!!!

At this point I don’t think my husbands truck will ever be ready. It’s been almost three months!!!! For the last month they’ve been saying it’s going to be ready that week but here we are, it’s not ready. Yesterday the guy my husband spoke to said it was going be done by end of day so it will be ready for pick up this morning but surprise surprise it’s not ready by end of day today. It had a problem when we were passing through the area so we can’t just pop on over (we’re 3.5 hours away). The Friday/Saturday front desk guy told off my husband for calling so many times today. Whelp, he wouldn’t have called back so many times if A) he would have called my husband back like he promised 3 times B) the truck would have been ready today like promised. What the heck are they doing with the truck
