Blalock's Towing & Recovery

I needed a tow when my custom lowered truck broke down. The driver, Jay, took incredible care of my truck. Before he even put it on the roll back, he helped me do some diagnostics I couldn’t do alone to be sure it wasn’t drivable. Unfortunately it had to be towed but fortunately it was with this company. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Best experience possible. Nice flatbed tow truck. Real people, no 800 number, no wait for 3 hours for a technician to be assigned, just great service with a smile. Rates are accurate for the area. Service with a smile.

Literally cannot say enough good about the customer service we received. They towed a car with a flat when none of us was in town to meet up with a key. Very reasonable and very prompt. Excellent customer service!

I unfortunately broke down yesterday and was in need of a tow, I called Blalocks and the gentleman said we'll have someone there shortly. Well I no more than hang up and the nicest gentleman showed up named "Jay" we had the greatest conversation about family and life. Now I would never wish car trouble on anyone, but if you do break down, I hope you're fortunate enough to meet my new friend Jay. Blalocks has a customer for life!!!

Blalock's provided wonderful, careful, timely service to help us get mom's car to the shop. Rodney was proactive on communicating with me and with her. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
