I’m not sure where to start or how to describe how WONDERFULLY MAGNIFICENT my experience with Blanca’s Brothers Transmissions was. It was a journey 3 months in the making. Today, was my first time at the shop, and my first time meeting Elena and the team in person.When I pulled up, it looked like a car show was in progress! There were two other highly-satisfied customers who were also there picking up their cars, and the hugs, high-fives, and ear-to-ear smiles were flowing! It feels like when you become a customer, you become part of the Blanca’s Brothers extended family! This is my experience: In March of this year I purchased a used Chevy Tahoe. Dealing with Elena and her staff has been nothing but smooth sails and transparency. Not only is she a woman in a male dominated field but she was very considerate of my financial situation when dealing with numbers. After reading all the great reviews I decided to give them a call. I needed a diagnostic check and Elena was so kind and understanding, told me to come right over. She was extremely kind and very caring. Enrique was very sweet as well. Not only do they perform great work they are very pleasant and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them.
