Will never get a car here again. We traded a car for truck the has a bad squeak coming from the engine, the rear window leaks really bad it was all taped up. The front windshield has major cracks. Now the wipers went out. Today 11/7/2022 I was told to bring the truck down so they could fix the squealing and when I just picked the truck up it still squeals really bad. They claimed it was fixed, they didn't do nothing to it. I get it these are used cars, however they need to make sure these cars run good before selling them. The truck is a 1998 with almost 200,000 miles on it and they wanted over 3k for it. The mechanic and the lady who works there are rude. Bob was very negotiable! Had to travel to find the deal I wanted ,Bob even put me up in a hotel for the night cant say too many folks would do that ! The little things go unseen sometimes thanks again!

I purchased a 98 Chevy Malibu from Bob and Jana, just a little over 2 weeks ago. That day that I took it, it started to overheat and we took it back and they fixed that problem. Just last week my front end started having issues, took it to Les Schwab's to have it aligned thinking that that was the issue. Nope. Both my hub bearing assemblies were toast....took the car back to them and they are fixing it. NO CHARGE TO ME!! What kind of customer service is that....AMAZING!!! Thank you so much Blanchard's. I bought a Chevy Tracker from them and It needed some mechanical work on the rear end. So I had them do the work, they screwed it up, and have never heard from them in regards to them stating they would fix it. Do yourself a favor and skip these people they are a rip off and do not keep there word and will never call you back.
