Don't go here. They'll cut corners on the job and just end up costing you more in the end. I went in to get the coils and spark plug replaced as it was misfiring. All said and done I think we're golden and I get on the road again. Not even 3 days later the check engine light comes back up. Now because I'm not from the area I had to go through a 3rd party warranty company and go to another autoshop nearby to get it fixed. Sure enough the same code pops up and it's misfiring again. They told me the spark plug that was replaced had to have been screwed in instead of being done by hand since the washer and replacement part had been completely stripped, broken and shaking in the cylinder and had to be replaced again. The owners are the mechanics that do the work. RJ and Vern are qualified, experienced and honest. I dont live in Hoquiam, WA where their shop is located. I highly recommend that if you need repairs you travel to their shop, I did.

I recommend quality car Care to all my friends and family every time they have a car problem. I have taken all my vehicles there to get repaired and I'm very happy with it every time I've left.

This place is a joke, my father in law has been there several time's and he keeps getting burnt! They supposedly ordered a seat belt buckle and several months later still do not have it and when I called the shop and they tell me to stop calling and they will call when its here... Save your time money and headache and go somewhere else. Beware...
