BLISS Car Wash - Covina

One star. Avoid this place if you value your vehicle's paint. I took my 2025 BMW 7 Series here and the experience was a disaster from the start. The attendant had to stop the wash three times just to get me on the rail, eventually making me reverse to realign because of poor guidance. The real issue started at the entrance: the tech began scrubbing my car with a broom brush before even rinsing it. Anyone with common sense knows you rinse first to avoid grinding dirt into the paint. He was reckless, hitting my bumper with the hard edge of the brush. When I finished, I found a fresh scratch and a paint chip on my bumper where he was scrubbing. I pointed it out immediately. I came in for a car wash and was greeted by Carlos. Customer service is a premium in my eyes and Carlos is the gold standard because of his knowledge and professionalism. I’ll definitely be back because Carlos really made such a great first impression. Thank you so much for making my first visit a memorable one!

UPDATE!!! This update is in response to the unethical response given by the owner. I was told the surveillance from the entrance was watched and I drove through too quickly so they could not see if I entered with the damage already there. I was IN LINE at the entrance, there were at least 10 cars ahead of me so they completely lied! This is their procedure to get away with all the damages they cause, they know you will not file a claim with your insurance so this is the easy way out of all the complaints they receive! I would not support this brand in anyway, there are many other decent car washes around! Go here at YOUR OWN RISK!!! Update (see original post below): As you can see they replied and apologized for the inconvenience and even went as far as to make amends for what happened. That's very much appreciated and the exact type of response I respect from a business that caused a customer an inconvenience such as this, even if it isn't directly their fault. I will continue to use Bliss and recommend it to others. I've changed my review from 1 to 5 stars as they seem to not be at fault for the situation on Google Maps. By the way, I say in my original review that it is easy to change the times on Google Maps. I say that from personal experience as I have managed Google profiles for businesses and it was easy to change. Something might have changed since then.
