Absolutely Disastrous RV Maintenance Service – Do NOT Use This Shop I’m writing this review with genuine frustration after what has been one of the worst customer-service and workmanship experiences I’ve ever had with any vehicle service. We paid to have our travel trailer wheel bearings repacked and we have since learned, after hiring a experienced reputable mobile RV tech, that the job that was done by Blue Compass was inferior. Two major things that were observed: not enough required grease was used and there was damage that was done to one of the bearing protectors and the wheel hub center cap. I contacted the service manager, Carlos and explained what we had found out so he looked into the record to see which tech had done the work. I then asked if the tech was still there I was tol
