Blue Compass RV Jacksonville

We bought a 2026 JAYCO 355mbqs fifth wheel and Hannah was our salesperson. She was very knowledgeable of the Rv and completely understood our needs. She worked diligently with us and tried to accommodate as much as possible. We have already recommended her and Blue Compass to people looking for an Rv. I only gave 4 stars because the delivery department was not as thorough as they could have been. The day we picked up our Rv a member of that department had called out of work which lead to a delay in our walk-thru and swap out. Otherwise great folks!

Blue Compass Jacksonville is right up there with the top tier airstream dealers and service depts. in country… we visited the Jacksonville location in October where I met and sat with Hannah, in a 28’ Classic, and talked airstreams for about an hour. After that conversation, we decided to trade in our 2022 Atlas for 30’ 2026 Classic. Hannah was hands down the best person for us on this trade in, she made miracles happen in order to get us the model we wanted in time for our upcoming January trip. The trade in and purchase went so smoothly, no hiccups!!! I have to also send a shout out to the entire BlueCompass team. We were camping recently in Jacksonville FL and discovered we were having some electrical issues with our new batteries and converter that had just been installed by our local Blue Compass hundreds of miles away. We knew we needed to have our Airstream evaluated. The wait time for service according to the Blue Compass call center (in Texas) for getting in at the Jacksonville Airstream/ Blue Compass was about 3 weeks. We were able to get to the local service desk at the Jacksonville Blue Compass and spoke with Kelly M who got us in early the next day as a "camping critical" issue. Kelly, the service team and the managers did a fantastic job and we got our Airstream back later that afternoon. We had a positive experience working with Hannah, Darrin, and Robert on a used motorhome purchase, with one notable caveat about the purchase contract. Although the particular unit didn’t ultimately work for our needs, the team was professional and supportive throughout the process, and our deposit was promptly refunded. Our concern is with the structure of the Blue Compass purchase contract. As written, it commits the buyer—under potentially significant penalties—before the unit is fully prepared for delivery, which is at the buyer’s expense. This sequencing feels backward. In our view, buyers should have the opportunity to fully evaluate the completed unit and confirm that delivery preparation meets expectations before being required to finalize the purchase and release funds.
