We recently replaced our old camper with a new Jayco from Blue Compass. We were very pleased with everyone at the store. Very professional and accommodating. Eric Campbell (Sales) and Alenna Atkinson (Finance) went out of their way to explain the idiosyncrasies of the camper and the process. Great job!

I purchased my Keystone Outback from Blue Compass in Lebanon, TN, in August 2024. Since then, I’ve encountered a few issues with the camper, but the team at Blue Compass has consistently addressed each one promptly and professionally. Most recently, I dealt with a non-working furnace and a leaking water heater, that just recently started. The furnace had already been replaced earlier this year due to a manufacturer installation. Throughout this process, I worked closely with Jason in Service and the manager, James—both of whom were extremely professional and helpful. Thank you Blue Compass Lebanon TN! ** Update pending, Missing items and repairs will update later Update 7-31 2025: pictures included, my RV was sold with Goodyear Tires sticker advertised on the sides. When we picked the RV up it had 3 Goodyear and one Chinese maypop. The swivel trays were also in the ad, but were missing at pick up. The big thing was a dent on the driver's side back panel and damaged ladder, that we chose not to have repaired for fear of creating a leak. Highly recommend Blue Compass of Lebanon Tennessee. They are very efficient and communicate with their customers. When you go there please ask for Ashley, she will walk and communicate with you on what needs to be and has been done. I’m so thankful for this place and will not be changing at all.
