I would like to compliment Tyler and Josh at the Buford Blue Compass location for their timely response to service issue on my 5 th wheeler. They called me daily on the progress and couldn’t have been more cordial and provided excellent customer service. I had for years used Camping World and had had not received this level ovv DC service

I had an excellent experience with Josh, the Service Manager, and his entire team! From start to finish, the communication was clear, professional, and timely. They took great care of my RV and made the entire maintenance process smooth and stress-free. Josh went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. The team was thorough and delivered exactly what they promised. My RV is running great, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Josh and his crew if you’re looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality RV maintenance!

5 stars to the sales manager, Nathan, and the service techs, Josh and Sam! They were awesome to work with. Respectful, quick to respond, and kept me updated until the day of pick up. No complaints at all with them. 1 star for the finance department. My interaction with F&I guy started off great, but his attitude changed once I asked (multiple times) to remove the extra $10k+ in add-on products (RV Complete warranties/memberships/services) that I no longer wanted. The loan hadn’t been funded and I hadn’t accepted delivery of the RV. The RV was still sitting on the dealer’s lot, so acceptance and delivery hadn’t even happened, no matter what paperwork says. Even after I explained why I didn’t want the products, he tried another sales pitch and told me I should wait until AFTER the loan fun

In would leave a 10 star review if I could!!! There are not enough words to describe how amazing Josh, Tyler and Mason were!! We drive from Cincinnati to Buford to spend a week camping. We found out when arriving that our toad was dead. we coukd have paid an RV tech 250$ to come assess the situation. But my husband drive to this Blue Compass RV close by and WOW!! They were amazing - even loaned us their cord tester to take back to the campground to see if we were getting power from the RV. They did not charge us a penny and fixed it to give us a way to pull it behind back home! They were so friendly and helpful! We come back every year and will now be stress free if we have any issues knowing these guys are here!!!

I just love coming here. Today Josh and Tyler took care of me as if I was their family. I come here whenever I need work done and when I just need advice. They are always thorough and honest. They provide me with something money can’t buy and that’s piece of mind. Plus I love shopping the lot while they’re working. How will I ever decide?
