Blue Compass RV Post Falls

I had the pleasure to look at new and used RV travel trailers with Candy McAndrews, Sales Guide, at Palm Desert Blue Compass RV. She vested time and research to find that perfect RV travel trailer. She listened and compiled both new and used RVs listings. I was camping next door at Thousand Trails. She was diligent and very professional. I highly recommend her as well as the Manager, who did his best to provide a great price. Unfortunately, the dealership didn't have the smallest 2026 Brinkley model on site. I highly recommend Candy, both knowledgeable and experienced with RV lifestyles.

Oh, there are just NOT ENOUGH GOOD WORDS that I can use to express the experience I have had recently at Blue Compass RV in POST FALLS, ID. The welcome, service, expertise and overall feeling of PERSONAL CARE were all OVER-THE-TOP! From the Service Manager MIKE PRATT, right down to the advisors and techs, I have been SO BLESSED! MIKE was so knowledgeable about every problem I was having with my motorhome. On top of that, he himself worked alongside the technician whenever assistance or guidance was needed! JASON and RYAN, the technicians were amazing, making me feel that my "home" was in the best hands! Brought my 5th wheel there to trade it in, the whole process was super fast and simple. I was in and out in under 2 hrs. Craig did a great job facilitating the trade, and Zak was awesome making sure I knew all the ins and outs of my new setup.

I recently had the opportunity to do business with Blue Compass. All my salesman were great. Roger, Alan, Colby, Jake (I believe) and the finance guy that I unfortunately cannot remember the name of! I had a budget in Mind and they were able to get me into a beautiful 5th wheel very close to my budget. The problem lies with the service department. We had a gentleman show us around the camper that did not have the answer to a lot of our questions. We got the answer of “I’m not a tech I don’t know.” Which I can understand in a sense but it would have been such a better experience with the walk through if the guy actually knew anything about the unit. Working with Jordan was such a great experience. They were quick to respond, clear with communication, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. I never felt out of the loop and everything was handled efficiently. Would absolutely work with Jordan again.
