I would never recommend to buy parts here. My husband purchased 2 parts from here and they gave him a wrong part. So he !! goes back to get the exchange right away to be told he can’t return it because he doesn’t have my card. He gets me to come more then 2 hours away to return the part that was there fault for not giving us the right one in the first place. And the older inconsiderate lady that’s the parts manager just has an attitude from the beginning doesn’t want to help because it’s been more than 14 days according to their policy. When he purchased it with the apple phone they should have returned it there and then. I wouldn’t be on here . It’s theft in my opinion. My husband should’ve gotten the part that he needed in the first place not an item that was given out ! just cause th

Out of state first time Class C buyer, so I needed some hand-holding. Jarrod (salesperson) patiently and quickly answered or found answers to all of my newbie questions. Frank (general sales manager) cut through the dealership’s 5 business day prep period. Arthur (service tech) is the hard working hero who got all the issues from my independent inspection by Cozy Campers resolved on a jammed schedule to be sure I could pick up my rig in time to meet up with family for a 10 day road trip back home. I really appreciate everyone on the Blue Compass team working to get a newbie owner confident to buy and ready to roll!

Alex is a perfect no pressure salesman. He was there and ready to answer any questions I had. Alex and the sales manager Frank helped me gather all necessary paperwork to finance and register the vehicle. Dawn the parts manager was great at getting additional parts and service for me. Overall this was the best experience ever when buying ant type of vehicle.

Dave the sales rep was quite friendly and knowledgeable about units that we looked at. Service person was more than willing to move units to be able to plug in and check power. Waiting on numbers since late in day from finance mng. Overall great experience. Important part ,wife was happy with unit we are looking at.
