I really appreciated the honesty of the owner who came out to help me today. He was upfront about the situation, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell or take advantage of the situation. It’s rare to find that level of integrity these days, and I’d absolutely recommend this towing company to others.

The man that runs this establishment is a rude, disrespectful human being. We called to get more information. He lets his personal convictions affect how he speaks to the loved ones of someone that suffered a horrible tragedy. Zero compassion and zero professionalism. We just called to get more information and try to get things situated. We are not the ones that did anything wrong, but we have to figure out. We were met with hostility and a deplorable attitude. Edit to Reply: And we thank you for making us aware of that. What we didn’t appreciate was the attitude of how much of an inconvenience doing your job was. We asked if anyone was able to find his keys and your reply was, “I wasn’t looking in there with all that blood.” A simple no would have sufficed. You noted how much the bill was

Very friendly and super helpful! Hopefully I will not be using their services again as I don’t want another crashed car, but they went out of his way to help me.

Really helped me on a very busy Friday night when I broke down. Told me 30 minutes and made it. Handled my classic car with care and it was much appreciated.

My car broke down in the middle of the road and when I called they gave me a fast service and did not have to wait as long as other companies I first called. The driver was excellent and kept the situation positive. He was very friendly and genuine. For the situation that I was in, the driver did a great job and had great customer service. Overall I am truly great full that there are still nice people like my tow truck driver.
