BLUE LAGOON Express Wash

First time using this car wash, but it was the worst I’ve ever experienced. There was a hole in the hose connected to the gun & not one of the settings worked on the wall. The brush had no soap in it. I got more wet myself than the vehicle I was trying to wash. I have videos to support. I need my $25 worth of quarters I used for absolutely no service back ASAP!!!!!

No soap on the brush, tire /wheel cleaner went out on one tire, no contact info on the property to call anyone...alot of money wasted just to rinse the car off with water. Blue lagoon express owner .....do better.

Straight trash, no soap in the brushes, so you are just using water to clean your vehicle. Leaky gaskets so be prepared with extra clothes, because you will get soaked. The vacuum hoses don't have the end vacuum piece to actually use on your carpet, just an actual hose, on ALL of them. And the gentleman was there with his nice new GMC truck as I was pulling in so I KNOW he just grabbed his cash and left. Skip this one. Many better ones in town.

The car wash was out of everything. I’m unsure what I paid, because the credit card reader doesn’t show you. I had to swipe my card twice because the button in the reader wouldn’t allow me to add time even though it hadn’t run out. I was going to call and tell someone the products were out, tire cleaner and soap for the brush but couldn’t find a phone number in building. Just check my bank account… I paid $10 to rinse my truck off basically. Luckily I had detail towels in my truck and was able to wipe my truck down.

Please don't go here. They had one bay coned off, one bay where the quarters jammed the machine where you pay, and the one I used stole my money. I entered $2 in quarters, even though it said the price was $1.50, and it was still asking for more quarters. Waste of time and money
