Blue Moon Towing

We were towed today by Blue Moon Towing and it was a bright spot in an otherwise terrible day. The driver was incredibly prompt and was there before the estimated window. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was able to get us to the airport to switch out our rental vehicle that had a flat. I was impressed by his concern that all our family get there together and stated we could wait while the others get an Uber. Overall great experience!

What can we say? Jamie is a legend. Blew our tire on I95 about and hour and half from where we needed to be for the night and Jamie quickly grabbed our car, loaded us up and drove us to where we needed to be. Had some great talks along the way and learned a whole slew of new things. Great times in an otherwise unplanned situation.

Saturday driving N on I-95 the clutch died and our misfortune allowed us to experience excellent customer service with Michael of Blue Moon Towing. He got our Jeep loaded on his flat bed lickety-split. He was super nice and you could tell he loves what he does. Thanks everything Michael! Appreciate the hospitality! Highly recommend!!

My wife and I were driving to North Carolina for Thanksgiving, we have a brand new vehicle that picked up something metallic in the road and punctured our transmission, causing fluid to leak out everywhere and leave us stranded on I 95 Northbound. Stephen Fitch “Fish” Came to our rescue after we had had a long process with dealing with our particular vehicles roadside assistance. Fish was the nicest guy ever! He was very professional, took great care in loading our vehicle onto his rollback truck. He drove us for nearly an hour to get to our dealership and provided great conversation.
