Blue Nile Automotive

Went to Blue Nile to get some broken lights replaced and was shocked at not only how great their customer service was, but also the speed in which they were done. I had planned on dropping it off and ubering to the stuff I needed to do for the rest of the day but didn’t need to. I drove there (25 minutes), got what I needed fixed, got other small things I didn’t notice or care too much about before fixed, and made it back home in 2 hours. Everyone was super transparent and did a good job explaining what they did and how to try to fix it myself in the future if there are issues. They also gave me an estimate for another part and that estimate was about 1/2 of the price of the original 2 estimates I had got prior. Will definitely be returning!🤍

Superb service at a fair price. One of the few shops that is open on Saturdays. Fixed my exhaust issue within a couple of hours. Friendly staff who are transparent and honest with their customers. Highly recommend checking them out for your auto repair needs! Their website is easy to navigate & you can schedule an appointment within seconds.

Blue Nile Automotive is run by some genuinely great guys. I had major maintenance done—including engine mounts and struts—and they handled it all with professionalism and care. I found them through the local community and now I see why they’re so well regarded. What really stood out was their honesty. They were upfront about what needed to be done and what could wait, and their pricing was totally fair. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both highly skilled and truly trustworthy. They did excellent work, communicated clearly, and were just overall great to deal with. Highly recommend Blue Nile if you want honest, dependable service from people who really know what they’re doing.

I found the service at this automotive shop to be refreshingly honest. They were transparent about the issues with my vehicle, provided clear explanations, and didn't push unnecessary services. The pricing was fair, and the staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Overall, a trustworthy place for automotive needs."

My daughter was traveling and the car needed to be towed. This place was recommended and I'm so glad it was. They quickly diagnosed the problem and performed the repair the same day. They also advised of a few things that need attention in the future. As a mom, I appreciate the good service and honesty. They didn't try to add services to up the cost. Thank you!
