Blue Penguin Car Wash on Fairburn Rd is hands-down the best car wash in Douglasville! Every single time I come here, my car leaves spotless, shiny, and looking brand new. You can tell they truly care about quality and customer satisfaction, not just rushing cars through. The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, which makes a huge difference. On my last visit, the General Manager even came out personally to help clean my tires, which really impressed me. That level of attention and care says a lot about how this place is run. I just left. I paid for the 25 car wash and 30 dollar detail. There were 2 cars ahead of me. The guy that detailed our car was quick however the quality of the work was trash. I would assume a detail includes cleaned windows and the windows weren’t even cleaned from smudges. He focused more on vacuuming versus all details. Waste of money. We even gave a tip but I regret doing that.

(Douglasville location) Amanda & Gabby are the best. Technically these are the only two that I've met, but if the rest of the staff are as friendly and helpful as they were, you're in for a GREAT EXPERIENCE.
