Blue Rain Car Wash

Maria was a great help! she has amazing customer service and she values the customers and is very patient! yesterday inwas struggling to get into the car wash and she guided me on how to correctly do so! she offered me the membership, which is something that i am considering because i loved the customer service!

Place is hit n miss.. paying for unlimited washes n some days they are good the car is nice n clean n some days the car is super dirty. Not sure where to tip to get a cleaner car. In the front or on the way out?

Brought my car there to get a wash the car wash guy at first did not know how to guid me into the wash and i had to step out and see myself to go in. I have membership with these fools in 4 of my cars including 2 of my fiancé’s cars. Best car wash in central valley .I went too many different car washes but the best customer service , prep the car , there wax quality ,hand Dry and Airgun and the bathroom . I been there member since they open . Thank you very much to take care my car . I love you guys 🙏😁

They changed the cost of my membership without notifying me. Due to my payments being on auto pay, I was unaware of the price increase. The increased wasn’t $1-$2, it was a $7 increase. I tried to call and leave a voicemail and I received a text saying they do not call back that I had to go to the office to talk to someone. I feel that I’ve been taken advantage of as a customer m. This is very unprofessional.
