The customer service was top-notch - the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The cost was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work done. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Blue Ribbon Auto Shop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy car care. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give 'em teif I could!

This is the fourth shop I’ve taken my 7 Series to, and finally — a place that doesn’t make me feel like I need a financial advisor before getting a repair estimate! Other shops handed me “doom and gloom” quotes that nearly gave me a heart attack. Blue Ribbon actually took the time to break everything down in detail, walked me through a step-by-step game plan, and showed me what really needed to be done. That detailed approach literally saved me thousands. They were fast, fair, and honest — not about penny-pinching or padding the bill, but about keeping me informed and comfortable the whole way. I’m beyond grateful… Google only gives me 5 stars to work with, but they deserve 10.

I have been taking my car to Blue Ribbon since my warranty ran out in 2016. I haven't had any problems with them I have been very pleased with them. I recommended my son Keith and my nephew Aaron and they both have been very pleased with the work. This was 9 years ago 2018. I still take my car to Blue Ribbon., and now I have a garage!

Initial diagnose of vehicle issue and repair was done. However, the issue still existed. Brought it back for the same issue and was told different areas of issues. I decided to have another shop to diagnose. They identified and repaired issues. Seemed not being honest to me about the vehicle problems.
