Outstanding service! Hudson and Maranda were very helpful in getting our Ford Expedition rolling safely again within 24 hours. In addition to the great service, they have a software that sends out vehicle inspections via text, estimates and invoices that you can pay virtually as well. Very efficient business for a car repair shop. I was highly impressed. We will be coming back.

I had an excellent experience at Blue Ridge Automotive. John and the Hudson at the front were super welcoming, communicative, and professional. I went in for an oil change and they also performed a complimentary inspection, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly and I never felt pressured. My 1st visit here for an oil change. I was able to schedule online. I was checked in by Hudson I believe. He gave me an estimate of how long it would take. The waiting area is very clean and cozy with a tv and coffee/hot cocoa. I did a drop off and waiting for correspondence but after several hours I called and they said it was ready. When I arrived I inquired about why I hadn’t gotten a message yet and it’s because they were still doing a write up for the full screening and additional recommendations for my vehicle. I appreciate them doing those extra things which the dealership did as well. Maranda explained everything and also sent me a follow up message a day or so later checking in. I’m glad to have found this place which is way cheaper than the dealership while still offering excelle

Blue Ridge automotive is a great shop that takes care of your car and communicates well. I had to get a full new transmission and Miranda was responsive and communitive during the whole process, giving me the level of comfort in their taking care of my car. Would 10/10 recommend this place and ask for Miranda!
