1000000/10 Haven collision is amazing!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. They answered all of my questions and even offered to drive me to enterprise to get my rental. I was constantly updated on the status of my vehicle and they handled all communication with the insurance company which made it stress free! My vehicle was rearended into another vehicle so one of my main concerns was the damage done to the skeleton of my car. However, at this facility they have something similar to a MRI in which the entire car physically gets on and thoroughly scans and alerts them if there's any underbody or misalignment of any kind which I absolutely appreciated because it ensured that my car would be completely safe to drive again! I came in because of the 5 star reviews, now it is time to add mine. I got rear ended in a shopping lot. Currently away from home, I did not know which shop to use. I considered Haven because of it's nice facility and 5 stars. John's excellent communication skill sealed the deal. In person, the owner made me feel super welcomed and treated me like FAMILY. Upon picking up the car I was blown away. He went the extra mile with some other cosmetic concerns as well! This place is the truth. After I had a mishap in my workplace’s parking deck in Midtown Atlanta, I decided to bring my truck to Haven Collision. This facility is fresh, clean, and spacious. Kendal and John were very welcoming in taking in my truck in and repairing the damage that was done to my truck bed’s right-side panel and rear right-side passenger door. They were absolutely accommodating from start to finish with their customer service and have an expedient team on ensuring the repair is done well, accurate, and in a timely fashion (even when I was very okay with them taking their time on the repair). This speaks a great deal of how much they value customer satisfaction and ensuring you will have your vehicle fixed so you can get back into your regular daily routines. The front passenger side bumper of our Pilot got scraped. I brought it to Haven and was very happy with the whole experience. The shop itself is clean and organized; when we first came in, John was friendly and glad to explain the process. I met Kendal (the owner of the shop) and could tell that my vehicle was in good hands. Finally, Danny (who worked on the repair) did an amazing job. Overall, I am pleased with my experience and I would recommend Haven to anyone who needs repair work done on their vehicle. I will attach some pictures so that you can see the quality of the work.
