Brought in a 2001 Nissan Xterra to replace a VSS (I provided new part)...Ralph, the mechanic attempted removal and broke old VSS in half. I informed him I would be settling bill and picking up my truck. However shop appears to hardly ever be open. I checked with city records dept to try to get owner information and found out the business is not licensed to conduct business. My truck is still there (3 weeks) and I have been unable to retrieve it.

Marcus I'm sorry you felt like your experience there not up to your standards.. if you are are giving reviews you should be fair enough to tell the complete truth.. I work at that shop in the office and we value our customers and are very honest about the work we do. Marcus has a 2013 BMW.. that alone should say something.. You had came in because of coolant leak ..we did diagnose for $75 . I charged you for a total of 164.? And the mechanic and myself told you that there was a vent pipe that was needed and was on back order... We could not do anything other than to put in a new tee connector to minimize the leak and wait for the part to be available. It was explained clearly that that would not fix the issue...it needed replaced with vent pipe .. then when you asked me for estimate you

Great Automotive shop, I would recommend everyone to get repairs here!! Great Customer service, they had my Truck in and repaired the same day for a much less than any other shop I went to! The shop manager Will was very helpful!! The Mechanic Dewey did a Great job and went over and beyond expectations of the repair!!

This place charged my nephew $230 bucks to replace a $30 dollar belt that was nothing but lifting up the tension. They didn't even have to unscrew anything lol. I feel like they took advantage of him because he was 17 and didn't know anything about cars. This is 1 crooked outfit and a bunch of sheisters I wouldn't take your car here if I was you. These are the kind of shops that look like they about to go under anyway and they just get what they can however they can. All the good reviews left on there are people that know them and are trying to get they rating back up. This is 1 extremely crooked organization.

I am changing my review, Tony your mechanic ripped us off for 650$ . He claimed to have replaced the wheel bearings on my car, I have the paperwork showing he returned the parts and never put them on. I took the car to another place and they even said they were never replaced. I paid for NOTHING. I am not comfortable going there and complaining because I don't want to see Tony. I want to speak with the owner. He claimed to not have access to the owners phone number. This did happen months back, just realized that I was screwed. He tried to charge me 1000$ . It was a horrible situation.
