The shop seemed very busy but they were able to make time to inspect our old minivan to alleviate our concerns before driving back home tomorrow. Very professional and friendly.

This shop is amazing! I have used them several times. Grayson is always so nice and he always gives a great price on repairs! I have sent several of my family members to him when they need auto service or repairs! I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off when I go here! They are very honest people!

While on a family vacation from TN to GA, we experience car trouble. Another shop said it would be at least 24 hours to even look at our car. Grayson greeted us and quickly got to work. I was recommended to go here by Fannin Wrecker Services as I’m not from the area, but while here my alternator went out. Not only did these guys have a new alternator ordered and delivered within minutes, but the entire process from arriving and leaving was only 30 minutes. AND DIDNT TRY TO CHARGE OUTRAGEOUSLY! We were on vacation and basically became stranded as our car had mechanical issues and we could not drive it. After the run around with AAA for hours and the garage they wanted to tow it to telling us they couldn’t even look at it for 2 weeks we called Blue Ridge Handy Lube and even though they had a full schedule these guys went out of their way to help us out. They recommended a tow driver who was there quickly and able to maneuver the gravel mountain roads where we were located with relative ease. They not only fixed our problem in a few hours but made sure they didn’t see any other issues and that the car was good for the long drive home.
