Car Crafters exceeded all expectations repairing damage from a big deer! They made sure to use only approved quality parts, the lines from the new metal are perfect, color match is dead on. It looks brand new again & my wife actually ran up to it & hugged it! Plus, they washed & cleaned the interior & exterior before we picked it up!! Their system linked perfectly with our insurance to make the claim process invisible & they either gave us a call and /or text with all updates! I can’t say enough good things about this shop. After the devastation of a deer hit I was just a big ball of stress!!! Their communication was incredible I never had to wonder what was happening with my car because they kept me updated every step of the way. And the biggest surprise? If I could give more stars, I absolutely would. I’ve used Car Crafters over the years and they have always provided excellent service, but today they truly went above and beyond. My sunroof got off track and it was not an easy fix, yet Jake and the guys took the time to figure it out. I’m incredibly thankful for their patience, hard work, and willingness to go the extra mile. What meant the most was that they even stayed past closing time to make sure it was fixed and I wasn’t left dealing with it. That kind of dedication and customer care is hard to find these days, and it did not go unnoticed. I’m so grateful for their help and the kindness they showed. Absolutely amazing customer service and repair to my car. They gave me updates every Tuesday and Thursday like clockwork. My car insurance wanted to put in faulty and scratched parts but Carstar pushed back to ensure the correct parts were installed. They even washed my car after the work was complete. Can be happier with their work and would highly recommend them.
