Blue Ridge Tire Inc.

I started buying my tires at Blue Ridge Tire Inc. a few years ago and have been plenty satisfied with their products and their friendly service. Yesterday, I had an emergency tire puncture, and did not have the key for the antitheft lug nut. The owner and his garage staff went out of their way to squeeze that job in, even though they had other work in progress. They got me in and out of there as quickly as possible, and all in the most friendly relaxed manner, and at a fair price. I wish I could give them 6 stars.

With this being a limited liability company, it’s important to understand this isn’t a full-blown dealership or high-priced corporate repair shop. Too many folks are looking for stellar, top-dollar repairs but expecting to pay bargain prices. From a business standpoint, this is a solid, honest shop that provides repairs at a reasonable price and with a much quicker turnaround than the big chains. This isn’t the kind of place where you leave your car for days—their goal is to get you back on the road the same day, and if anything unexpected comes up, they keep you well-informed every step of the way. Just called the place to ask if they pressed in wheel bearings, first thing I was told was if your bringing your own parts then no I will not be doing the work, like Jesus your shop that hard up that you need to make the extra 15 bucks on each bearing? I’m more then capable of giving the parts store my year and make/model of car. It’s honestly kinda sad.

Family owned, great service, great prices. Kenny has always gone the extra mile for my family. He gives honest feedback and never tries to "upsale". I would never go anywhere else and I trust his opinion.

I was on a return trip where harrisonburg was the halfway point. These guys were great by providing a solid diagnosis of my TPMS system and went above and beyond to make sure tire pressure was proper in all tires to insure safe completion of my trip. I'd happily support these guys again if I'm in their neighborhood and need anything tire related.
