Blue Springs Service Center

Fantastic experience! I'm the kind of person who trusts very very few with the maintenance of my vehicles due to so many bad experiences in the past. This service center was fabulous to work with! I was able to schedule an oil change for the next day. It only took about an hour to get done, which is awesome when I have 3 kids in tow 🤣 and the price was very reasonable for full synthetic!! They were patient with my trying to get a quote for tires for my husband's truck, except I couldn't remember the tire size and we just hoped what the computer said they should be was right (it was!). I am thankful for this service center, and I will definitely be using them again for work on my vehicles.

When I arrived I was greeted by at least 3 people. Everyone was easy to talk to and eager to help. They had a large waiting area and even had crayons for a child. They freely shared information and were able to complete everything as communicated. Great place with Great people!

Went in to get my tire patched. Amazing customer service. Greeted immediately. Treated kindly. Knowledgeable and got me back on the road quickly.

Walked into the office area and the guys working the counter treated me with respect and were very friendly. They asked me lots of questions and gave me about 4 options to pick from. I feel like I made the best choice. They had my tires delivered to their shop and put on my truck that same day.

They were wonderful! Best tire prices around. Everyone there was super nice. Not like Discount tire up the street who wanted us to just go on ahead and bend over while they used zero lube and got us for $380 PER TIRE. We had been a customer of discount tire for a long time too. We are now loyal customers of Blue Springs Service Center. We waited about an hour, which was quick for as many cars as they had. I highly recommend them.
