Randy's has been our family's go-to for decades. They're personable, trustworthy, and always deliver high quality work. They always check in for approval before proceeding with work if a diagnostic is required initially so there aren't any surprises at pick up. I recently brought in what seemed like a straightforward issue that became a bit of a head scratcher and they were very communicative about how things were going while they sorted out the issue. When I arrived to pick up my car, Nick took the time to give an indepth explanation as to what the situation had been and why.
