Blue Wave Car & Pet Wash

This is a terrible and rip-off product. First, there’s no recipe number. Second, the number on the recipe is unreachable. Third, the machine uses no soap, i paid for the max-wash with triple foam, thinking it was just my luck that it ran out of soap the week before. I decided to record this time, and so said it didn’t use any soap again this time. Blow drying is the worst car came out with more water on it that when it was being washed And still dirty

I used to really like the dog wash part but there has been no soap lately so I got ripped off. :(

Came in to bathe both of my dogs, and one machine beeped like it took the money to work but it didn’t work couldn’t select non of the options so now I have to check my bank tomorrow to see if money was taken out . The other machine did take the money and let me use it, however the water pressure was horrible but decided to continue the bath since I was already there. The only shampoo that was working was the oat shampoo, I wasn’t able to use the others or conditioner. When I used the rinse cycle the water pressure was way stronger then the normal one, I called the number to tried to get help but was sent to voicemail. Was very disappointed in this service, was looking forward to coming here more often since it’s close to my home.

First off let me start and say I went here because they offer touchless wash as option. Was very disappointed to find out that they do not have option/ offer undercarriage wash on the touchless system. So I backed up and went to the soft touch. Prices are fair. Selected the best package because offered double dry cycle and undercarriage cleaning. Choose this since had driven in snow over last couple days. Wash process was nice and smooth but did not do good job cleaning front part of door behind mirror or back glass portion. I think my biggest disappointment was the first drying process happened while it was doing spotless rinse and then another drying cycle. Sides were still covered in water and no options for wiping down vehicle once you exit.

Yeah. Run. Seriously. 10 dollars and this is an acceptable return. The photos are the AFTER. Did not clean my car at all, didn't even touch it on the soft touch side. Sprayed a few drops of water on my car and decided "that's enough." Save your money, go elsewhere. Complete BS.
