Took my corvette here 3 weeks ago to do a rack and pinion. I’ve had to bring my car back to their shop to be fixed from their negligence multiple times. They damaged my paint, sway bars, suspension, and power steering lines as well as making my alignment worse then before my rack being installed. they don’t want to claim fault even though I have texts of them claiming fault. They left grease hand prints all over my vehicle as well even after telling them this car just had a 16k paint job done. I gave them many of opportunities to make things right and they refused the lady making smart comments has led me to wanting to take legal action. I would never take my cars back to this shop ever. Pictures are shown of damages after they worked on my vehicle.

We have been using Providence Automotive science we moved to the area. Mike is great along with the whole team. They worked with me on what was a must fix, could be fixed in a few months and then just recommended for mileage and age of my truck. They had a fast turnaround and clear communication along the way. My Lexus ES350 had a terrible front-end shake. I had already taken it to another shop and spent over $2,500 trying to diagnose the issue, and the problem was never fixed. Providence figured out the cause within the first hour of having the car, repaired it properly, and had it back to me the very next day. It’s now driving perfectly. I also brought in my GX470 for a small oil leak and a heater issue.
