Blue Wave Car Wash

I love that I can fit my Airstream in the self service bays. Just enough clearance. I hate using quarters with most hose functions broken and a change machine out of change. Like, guys, it’s 2026. Upgrade your electronics and make more money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Went through the drive through car wash in bristol yesterday when i was done i was wiping down my car and notice several deep scratches that went down to the metal, all along the top of my door where it meets the roof on both sides. The employee told me this happens a they have an auto body shop they send cars to when this happens. Went there today and the general manager was SOO RUDE tried to tell me he paid a lot of money for his wipers so they couldn’t have done this but they obviously did since i hand washed my car days before n those scratches weren’t there. The only way those scratches would have got there is from some type of scrubbing. They said I was a liar and told me to screw myself. Such good customer service.

Pretty bad experience. Ripped the trim off my door and had to have the kid working grab it from inside the tunnel. I've been through a multitude of car washes and never had one take the trim off my truck. Also left a ton of soap on the truck. Dryers were extremely subpar and serve little purpose. Left a few scratches on the paint as well (based on other reviews i'm sure I'll be told these scratches have been there forever, even though the truck had both quarters painted in August) The only decent part was the kid working at least had a good attitude. I know based on other reviews that people had similar issues. I wish I had read them before going. It seems people either swear by this place or can't stand it, so maybe take your chances if you're feeling lucky.

The regular bays where you wash your car yourself need updating. There are no working timers so you don’t know how much time you have left during your wash or if you are even getting the exact amount of time you paid for. Where you dispense the money looks like it’s def seen better days and only excepts coins. The hose for the power washer is too long and a pain to maneuver while trying to wash. On the plus side, the high power soap is nice and soapy getting all the dirt and grime off and the pressure of the water is great. Could be a really great spot if they just update the bays and put in working timers/screens and also offer the option to use cards as well as cash.

The attendants are courteous and thorough. The manual pre-wash they do pretty much cleans the entire car even before going through the tunnel
