Blue Wave car wash on SH 242, east of IH 45: has awesome staff! Cassandra, Who checked me in is superb about her job explaining my options and friendly at the same time. Cayden helped me start vacuuming and wipe down my windows. Great attitude all the way around! Manager Cristina is so helpful and I highly recommend this establishment for your next car wash!

I’ve had a membership with BlueWave for 3 years. This is my first time coming to this location as I just moved to this area. This has to be one of the best experiences Ive had since I’ve had a membership here. Tristan did a great job helping me wipe my car down and even stopped me from leave to make sure he got every spot clean! Great experience!

(Last week of August update) After much needed adjustments, the tire shine is finally working for the most part. It still doesn't apply it equally but at least they're moving in the right direction. I think if they play with the adjustments a little more they could probably get it to where it will apply the tire shine almost perfect. Good work guys!! I hate having to bother the employees and ask them to apply tire shine by hand. It's not their fault the machines don't do a good job, but they do tell me to ask for the tire shine whenever needed. I feel I get the run around sometimes because they don't want to apply it but at the end of the day, I am getting charged for it. Tristen was so kind to help me dry my car! He was just being helpful and started drying…and so polite too! Every time I’ve been there, the employees have a smile, and even offered my dog some treats. I wish all businesses had the wonderful customer service like Blue Express on FM 242! 😊
