The user interface on these touch screens is a masterclass in hostile design. It is 100% committed to a digital ambush, forcing you through three separate screens of "monthly plan" recruitment before it finally deigns to show you the actual daily charge items. ​There is a non-zero chance this UI was engineered to be intentionally obstructive to force a human interaction. Naturally, once you’ve been funneled into asking the staff to slow down so you can actually navigate the corporate agenda, you’re told to "check your attitude." The two gentlemen working the closing shift on January 10, 2026, were fantastic and provided outstanding customer service. I arrived just ten minutes before closing and was warmly welcomed. They even helped dry my vehicle while I vacuumed, which truly went above and beyond. An excellent experience!
