Very poor experience overall. Took my 95 f150 there to get front seal replaced on my transmission and to fix rough shifting problem I just started having. They told me they would take it for a drive and call me before they did anything. I called two weeks later to see if they had took it for a drive yet and they told me yeah they were working on it at the moment and had it already apart. But also told me at the same time that they didn't have a obd1 reader which is a 50 dollar tool and so they said they weren't able to look into the shifting problem whatsever so they didnt even try. Rather than call me first in which I would have taken it somewhere else to get it fixed at once while it was already apart they started working on it without telling me first. So paid 900 dollars for a seal and

Fixed my transmission just before a road trip and it was solid. Went from hard shifting in first after an hour of driving to no problems whatsoever. Does good work and is honest about problems. Won't try to rip you off

Our car broke down on the side of the highway in popular bluff. We called this place to let him know we were coming in an hour when the tow truck picked us up. The man said on the phone ya everything will be fine just come in we will take good care of you. When we got there he flip the story completely around like he hand the wrong finger up his butt an it but him in a bad mood or something was backed up 3 weeks because he was the only one working there. Then he told us it probably wasnt the transmission when we told him it won't shift once it reaches 40 mph. Where ith we get theses guys. When we called roadside service again it cost us $400 to get back to Cape Girardeau.

My car Sat there a month got transmission a week ago . Basically told me to go ahead and take it somewhere else .so I did I never recommend them to anyone if I are that busy tell them to go somewhere else .I took my car somewhere else that will have it done faster bad experience
