I’ve been coming to this location for many years. From my 97 accord, 2013 Genesis, to my 2016 Accord. Not only with my vehicles but with my mother’s & sister cars as well. I’ve never had any issues throughout the years until now dealing with this kid, who I believe to be the owners son. About 2 weeks ago I came in to do my oil change and I dealt with him. He stated they no longer carry conventional ( which is $35 plus tax) & only have the synthetic ( that’s $50 plus). I found what he was saying very hard to believe, so I asked him when will you have the conventional oil in & he stated they will no longer carry it. I said okay & left. These guy are scammers. Don’t let your girlfriend, daughters or wife patronize these crooks. Last time my wife went there they sold her FULL SYNTHETIC OIL for her 2018 Mazda CX5. I went there today 11/14/25 with the same car and told them I wanted a regular oil change. They said ok. Moments later the person who is in charge of adding the oil to the engine came into the waiting area and started telling me why my NEEDED and should only use FULL SYNTHETIC OIL. I explained to him these cars get no benefit out of a more expensive oil. I continued stating based on my background I was always aware that it’s mostly high performance cars such as Mercedes, BMW, Audi and etc who benefit from FULL SYNTHETIC OIL. Well needless to say I was charged $91.90 instead of the $48 which I was supposed pay. The

Terrible experience, do NOT take your car here. They did an oil change on my car and did not put oil back into the vehicle. My engine seized and now I am without a car. This has set me back tremendously and I am tired of not being heard. They will mess your car up so bad, I do it recommend at all. This place should be shut down IMMEDIATELY. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

You can be in and out in 10 minutes flat. The guys here are nice and efficient. They do a fluids check if you need like I did (transmission). Synthetic will cost you more. I spent $70 for the oil change and $139 for transmission fluid.

Pleasant helpful staff, explained the process and what was to be done and the price, clearly. The whole process was quick, the waiting area was clean, chairs very comfortable. This was my first time there and will go again.
