Was told by Bob that the brake job I wanted could be done. Showed up after driving there with bad brakes from Nashua (at my risk, yes, but was planning on having it fixed for the ride home) and he told me something completely different. Also told me my car needed front and rear pads and rotors when I knew they didn't. I even went to another mechanic right after and they verified that my pads and rotors were fine. I've been using him for years with no issues before. But now he seems to have changed. He's very short while discussing the job, then after he changed what he said, wasn't even man enough to speak to me face to face and sent his receptionist out to tell me. She is excellent by the way. Referred by a friend. I’ve gone twice and they call with quotes and beyond reasonable time frames. I called yesterday, my Jeep was dropped off this morning and will be ready by lunch. Up front about work needing to be done and price. I would highly recommend Titan!
