Tom was incredible to work with! He took us through purchasing a truly well kept and lovingly repaired Impreza and was a delight start to finish. Their shop right off the road has a charming mom-and-pop feel, and knowing that we were coming (2.5hr drive), he even held the car for us - even when someone else asked to buy it! Their warranty program is robust, and they are clearly dedicated to providing quality service. We had an excellent experience, and I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat!

Very positive experience. Worth the hour drive to receive such wonderful customer service. They were respectful of our time, upfront, honest and incredible communicators. The car was even better in person. The warranty they offer for free gave us even more assurance to make the purchase that we didn't really need because we already knew we were getting a really good deal on the price. A very minor service light went off during the test drive and they had new tire pressure sensors installed over the holidays and opened up so we could pick up the car on New Year's Day. Highly recommended!

It’s been a little over 2 weeks since my purchase at Tom and Dee’s, and every day I’m very happy and grateful for my purchase with them. Buying a car, for me, is usually not the most pleasant experience, but it wasn’t this time. Right away, I felt pretty comfortable and confident. They really are great people and a great staple in their community. I would most definitely buy a car from them again and recommend them to friends and family. They take a lot of pride in their vehicles and you can definitely tell.

Where do I start..... Tom & Dee's lists on Facebook, this is where I met them. From day one, they were responsive and kind. Tom and I communicated through Messenger on FB, I was planning to stop by the next day. Well I was running errands and 6:30/7:00 pm they were outside and I stopped on the side of the road.
