B&M Towing

Great customer service! I had a flat tire and couldn’t figure out how to get it off my car. Decided to call this company to have the car towed to a repair shop. The woman on the phone was very kind and helpful. It only took a few minutes for them to make it to my location. Derek (I think that was his name) took a look at the tire and was able to get it off the car super quick with the help of a much better car Jack and a hardy kick to the tire to get it loose. Didn’t charge me anything for this. Was able to get my spare on after and get to the repair shop. So thankful for all their help and kindness!

I truly appreciated the communication, professional service, and friendly driver and office staff at a time when we were very vulnerable. I live in Missouri and our MDX broke down in Charlottesville while my daughter was driving. They quoted a quick 50 minutes but arrived even sooner. Derek did a good job communicating to me the issues; he even went back to B&M shop to get the chargers o he could lock the car and shut windows because "our" repair shop was closed for a couple days.

Called three hours prior to schedule a tow for a maintenance appointment. Thirty minutes after the scheduled pick up time I called dispatch and was informed the driver was behind and would be on site in eleven minutes. The dispatcher informed me the delay was due to the driver taking another call prior to mine despite her warning the driver of the scheduled pick up. Of note the tow where the driver was going to was geographically past where the drop off location was, meaning they had to drive through the location I requested the vehicle to be dropped off at to get to their tow before mine. Twenty minutes elapsed and the driver had still not shown up. I called dispatch because my appointment time had lapsed, the dispatcher did not pick up the phone. This has been by far the best towing experience I’ve had. These are ultra kind, ultra patient, and ultra efficient people. From the call to payment, it was the easiest time. Stacy was so kind on the phone, and Derrick came to my complex within the hour, jumpstarted my car, and towed it to the collision store.
