Harley and B&M Towing went far above and beyond to assist myself, my daughter and 3 year old granddaughter when my vehicle became disabled on a remote section of HWY 17 more than an hour away from our hometown. Because of Harley 's efficient and compassionate assistance a dangerous, very stressful event was made safe and bearable in the best way possible, especially his concern for the safety of my very young granddaughter. I highly recommend this business and we thank Harley again for all of his help.

A customer reached out and said they were having their vehicle towed in. The vehicle arrived to the shop after hours however I was still on site. I met with the driver(Steven) who was already unloading the vehicle. Now here's where the 5 star really comes in, im having gravel put down in the parking area and instead on dropping the bed all the way down and digging into the material he kept the bed slightly above it enough for safe movement and no damage. He was also able to stay off of the grass and the no parking areas.. Thank you!!

This company was chosen by my insurer to tow my vehicle, on a Sunday evening, around 7 pm. They were given a destination, but the shop was closed. When I called the shop in the morning, my car was not there. I called every single number provided by B and M, and my insurance company. There was NO ANSWER and NO VOICEMAIL at any of the numbers. I emailed, with no reply...where was my car?!? I gave it 3 hrs, and was moments away from calling the police when dude finally called. I was NOT notified that my car was taken to their storage. Neither was my ins. company. And having ZERO ways to contact these people, with a MINIMUM of a functional voicemail? Some of the poorest business practices imaginable. I advised my ins co to remove them from their contracted provider list. I know *I* w

My van slipped off the road during the snow storm of 2018. Called B&M. The tow truck driver arrived much more quickly than I had anticipated. Very polite, courteous, and personable. The price was also very reasonable. Definitely 5 star + .

I have had to use B&M twice now (for my son) lol. Both times they were very quick and friendly in person and when calling dispatch. Offers to take you home as well. My 2nd call to them didn't take a moment to think before calling them first. Highly Recommended!!!
