I’ve been to Planet Automotive 2–3 times now for oil changes, and every experience has been great! They’re always quick but still very thorough, which I really appreciate. As soon as I walk in, everyone is friendly and welcoming — they consistently greet me and make me feel comfortable. I also love how attentive they are when bringing my car into the shop bay. They really listen for anything out of the ordinary and take the time to make sure everything sounds and looks right. It’s reassuring knowing they’re paying close attention to the details instead of just rushing through the service. We had to have our RV towed to their shop.They did diagnostic and found the problem.They then called Good Sams extended warranty and got approval to do work.They also had to reconnect drive shaft. Bobby and Chris were very helpful and friendly. Had it towed to them Tuesday and got it back Thursday.Very happy with their work.

The guys at Planet Auto are nice and professional all the time. They work hard and efficient to get your automobile back on the road. My last experience with Planet Auto was unique. I had a problem under extended warranty with my dealership (I did not know). They gave me the chose to take my automobile to my dealership or they could fix it. I am extremely impressed with the ethics in their business . You don’t find this in many places any more. Great place to do business.

Chris and his team at Plant Automotive are wonderful! I received a diagnostic from a big name shop prior to contacting Chris. I reached out to the team at Plant Automotive to get a quote on the work from my diagnostic printout. While on the phone, Chris asked if I was sure that was what was wrong with my car. I explained to him that I was given a diagnostic by another shop. Chris asked if I would drop my car off and let him take a look to verify that was actually the problem. Turns out the diagnostic I was given by the big name shop wouldn’t have fixed my car and I would have eventually blown my engine. Chris and his team fixed my car fast and at a very reasonable price! It’s been two weeks since the work was done and my car is running smoothly! Highly recommend!
