I’m have a business and used my business address to have a good shipped. Took over a week for someone to call me about having my hood shipped. Because my business is ran out of my garage. They said that is not a proper business they could deliver to and I will be charged more. As I was trying to explain to the guy on the phone nowhere on their website does it state that he continue to talk over me, which I thought was very rude. I got quiet. I let him finish speaking and then I went on To let him know that nowhere on the website does it state that. So another week goes by I finally get my hood delivered. put it on and I get it. It’s aftermarket hood but the gap no matter how you try to line it up on each side is a finger with apart. I took it to a professional body shop and they said they

BMC extreme customs did a great job at shipping my 2013 Charger Roadrunner Hood . It came very well protected in each corner and was in a very solid box and packaging . 10/10 . Install was easy with the pre made holes on the hood and fitment was also on point . Needed very little adjusting on the brackets when installing. Hood has been on my car for 2 months now and have not had any problems . Funcional scoop works fairly well. Intake temps usually 10-15 above ambient . The hood is way lighter so it may shake a little bit . Hood pins are totally recommended . Overall build of hood is solid 👍🏼 Contact support was very helpful, they responded to my emails fairly quick when I inquired on availability and shipping times. Summary : I recommend BMC . This is the second hood I've ordered from BMC. As usual, with a large purchase, I had several questions. Bruno from BMC answered all of them satisfactory, so I ordered the hoods. The Charger hood was said to be of high quality at the body shop. They had no problem with fitment or prepping.

Customer service was respectful and helpful everytime I called. I bought a carbon fiber ram air extraction hood for my 2013 300s it fits perfectly and looks great

Bought my hood back in 2018 from this place.... 6 years later, clear coat is peeling away from carbon fiber. Yes, I have had this hood for 6 years, but my car has only 10,000 original miles on it and is garage kept in the winter time. Hood has maybe 1500 miles on it. TERRIBLE QUALITY PRODUCT!! Bruno tells me it's probably the "soap" I'm using. Lol
