Costco Tire Service Center

I brought my car in for the free tire rotation and balance, 7,000 miles since my prior purchase of the tires from Costco. They were great! They serviced my car within a reasonable amount of time. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by the associates at the Costco tire service center in the Marlboro Costco. They were handling the installation of four tires that I had purchased online.They promptly had my car in service, actually even earlier than my appointment time. The workers were professional, energetic and highly productive, quickly getting me completed and on the road again. They emphasized the free tire rotation every 7,000 miles, and also pointed out the need for a better alignment, since apparently the wear on my prior tires indicates that my last alignment was not h

No after sales Hazard support. Costco claims to give roadside hazard assistance. I purchased new tiers two months back and had a flat tire. Kept calling for almost an hour on Saturday morning. No response at all. This is not the first time. Their tire center line is never reachable. I had to get the car towed to Mr Tire and get it fixed.

I have purchased multiple sets of tires here for multiple cars over the years. Service has been typically good for tire installation. Even with appt there can be a long wait though. It seems the staff is overburdened and their software is ancient. Recently had a bad experience. One of my tires has a slow leak. Took it to this tire center because it is covered under road hazard warranty but they said it would take 5 hours wait for them just to look at it! You shouldn’t need an appt just to have a pending flat tire looked at it. Basically the road hazard warranty is BS because you cannot actually use it. Like they want you to wait 5 hours until the tire is completely flat?

Best tire service around. The guys are very nice and professional. Place is super busy especially on weekends, but the crew stays professional and pleasant all the time. I don't even dare to shop for tires anywhere else. Even my dealer says they cannot match Costco's deal on tires and service. The crew is not allowed to accept any tips so I'm hoping that a heartfelt "thank you" again here on Google helps a bit with the corporate gods at Costco. The guys definitely deserve the praises.

Costco Marlborough, NJ Feb. 3, 2022 I went in for tires. Much to my surprise the price I got was the highest one I got. Mavis, across the highway down about 1/2 mile, was the best price. I compared 4 places. I am shocked that Costco refused to do a price match. In case anyone wants to know, I'm talking the total price. Mounting, tax, and everything. Costco, you better start comparing your tire prices with the locals. I am giving it 2 stars due to the gentleman who helped me. He was very sweet. Shop around for tires !
