Had a breakdown on highway late Saturday afternoon. Needed a tow and place to move truck. A friend referred me BMR Napa and it was a great decision. Been using BMR Napa for many years now, had my trucks engine and transmission replaced with them and they facilitated all but buying the replacements. And now it's the only shop/s I'll take it too. Always friendly and helpful. If there's ever a concern they work to find a solution. Highly recommend either of their locations!!

I didn't have an appointment but they were able to work me in the day. Just came in for an oil change and an alignment, walked out with just an oil change and an alignment. I wasn't upsold on any additional services, and the prices were surprisingly fair. Customer service was great, clean shop, good service and people. I'll be coming back.

BMR Auto Care have the best service and the best customer representatives behind the counter I have ever dealt with when it comes to the mechanics of a vehicle. They are knowledgeable and helped me to understand the diagnosis of my mechanical issues and also find an affordable solution. I have been to both the Riverside and Antelope shops and the service, and the staff are both the same in how they treat the customer and the quality of the work, which is outstanding. I highly recommend BMR for any issue or any make and model vehicle because they also guarantee their work.

Staff was easy to work with and the time to do the work was as they said (reasonable). Clean and presentable facility with plenty of cool racing items to look at and admire.
