Mr Willis is a really nice guy. Never had a problem with the tire service. I've even taken my company trucks there to have tires put on. But when I take my personal truck up there they leave the window down not one day but 5 days with the window down the last two of which thunderstormed and rained non-stop for 2 days. I pick my truck up and it's sopping wet on the inside and all he can tell me is people make mistakes well the way I was raised by my father which was the right way is you treat others as you want to be treated.

Horrible customer service when I simply asked if they performed repairs on my 80s Japanese car. The owner seemed to have an attitude and abruptly interrupted and responded rudely. In the past, I rented U-haul equipment from them, but never again. I subsequently asked him some time later if he could perform a vehicle inspection report for me for a vehicle was selling and he again said “No, I only perform vehicle inspections for his own transactions”. Never do business here again and I recommend others to do the same due to their unprofessionalism!

Friendly and knowledgeable people. Bill was fast and efficient, and his office person was a pleasant addition to my morning.

Our uhaul broke down was trying to get a different one a little early, the guy would not help us out. Was very rude would not use him ever again
