BMW Motorcycles of Sanford

BMW Sanford sold me a motorcycle under false promises. The salesperson (Evan) assured me it had adjustable suspension, but I later confirmed at another BMW dealership that this feature doesn’t even exist on the model. They also delayed delivery because the luggage set I paid for wasn’t available, and when the bike finally arrived, nothing worked as promised. When I returned to resolve the issue, I left the motorcycle at the dealership for inspection around 6 PM and personally handed the key to Mr. Zack from maintenance. Shockingly, the Sales Manager, Jason, left the key inside the bike parked outside in the lot and told me to “just come pick it up.” This was reckless and completely unprofessional, putting the bike at risk of being stolen. On top of that, Jason was rude and dismissive, say

I would give 0 star if there was that option! I bought a motorcycle at BMW Sanford and was completely misled. The salesperson guaranteed the bike had an adjustable suspension system, but I later confirmed at another BMW dealership that this feature simply does not exist on the model. I felt deceived and put at risk — I nearly had two accidents because of the bike’s height. Total lack of transparency.

I had a running-in appointment for a new BMW F 900 XR that I brought in from out of state. I showed up and everything went by the book at first. Friendly sales and parts staff to chat with, lots of nice bikes to gawk at, and my service advisor was somewhat personable. It was roughly two hours in (expected) and I was approached by my advisor. It turns out that while out on a post-service test run, the rear tire was punctured. So he told me I was getting a brand new tire on the house. Kind of a bummer since I had just broken mine in, but still. From previous experience, service staff have not been honest. But this dealership seems to be honest - I’ll report back if anything come up. They told me up-front they were already fixing the situation instead of me asking them to fix the situation

I just purchased a brand new BMW G310R from Sky Powersports and I am super thrilled and impressed with the experience there. Jesus was a great, knowledgeable and friendly sales rep who helped me navigate the entire process. He was even willing to come in on his day off to close the deal, but I wanted him to enjoy his time off and we scheduled an appointment for later in week and everything worked out great. The service and sales team were all really nice and helpful and answered all of my quest and concerns. I highly recommend Jesus and all of his staff.

Had a great experience purchasing my S1000RR from here! Everyone was super wonderful to work with. From Raul, Jon, and Jonathan in sales, to Alicia and Kyle. However Jesus in finance was the best I’ve ever dealt with in years of purchasing motorcycle. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Very highly recommend!
