My car was detailed and a great job was done. It was very meticulous and clean and Luis made sure to keep it that way until I arrived for pick up by letting it stay inside. Luis was super helpful in processing my service and the technicians who sent me the diagnosis video were thorough and helpful. I’ve always had a great experience here. They go above and beyond in customer service. I’ll be back!

Excellent service at BMW of Allentown! They got me in and out quickly, explained everything clearly, and never pressured me into extra services I didn’t need. The showroom was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with snacks and drinks. Luis was an outstanding service advisor — professional, friendly, and very thorough. Great first impression. I thought I had booked my recall appointment through the app (turns out I hadn’t 😅), but Lisa immediately stepped in and took great care of me while Ethan was finishing with another client. Once Ethan Harbison took over, he went above and beyond — fitting me in anyway and getting me out hours earlier than expected. That’s teamwork. That’s customer service. That’s why I keep coming back.
