BMW of Arlington Parts Center

I ordered some parts online and they were incorrect. They had me order the correct parts and send the old parts back. They have not given me my money back for the return which they screwed up. So now I have paid double shipping and double for the parts. They will not answer my emails or voicemails. Terrible customer service

I purchased a set of new BMW M Performance wheels and the experience has been a complete nightmare from the start. Shipping was extremely slow, and when the wheels finally arrived weeks later, two out of four were damaged due to improper packaging. Instead of resolving the issue, the company is trying to pass the blame to UPS and refuses to send a replacement or refund me until they work things out with the shipping carrier. Communication has been slow, inconsistent, and full of empty promises — I'm constantly told, “I’ll have an answer tomorrow,” and then nothing changes. Customer service has been disappointing, and accountability is non-existent. I strongly recommend you order elsewhere.

ordered a part on June 19 as I am writing this it is June 27. I do not have the part the tracking # provided is for usps but usps website claims they do not have pkg even though label was created. I have e-mailed no response on what is going on. I have called not once but twice only to be put on hold or transferred to another line that nobody answered. So I guess at this point I am out $150 and will have to go elsewhere for the part.

I called to ask if they sold the upper flange hose and I remember why I have only serviced my car here one time. The staff is rude, has a bad attitude and no willingness to help. Transferred 3 times from parts for the line to ultimately disconnect. Moments later a rep Andrew(Kevin) called back to follow up. He went to the auto parts side to ask. They sell the flange and hose as one piece. Thanks for the reps follow up, but it was unnecessary for me to be treated so badly along the way. THE REP IN AUTO PARTS NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE PHONE AND POTENTIALLY THE BUSINESS. If you hate helping people your in the wrong line of work. Servicing shouldnt have to walk over acting as a barrier to your low desires and hateful treatment.

HORRIBLE! Literally cannot get anyone on the phone to assist with parts. I’ve been on hold for over 40mins, never speaking to a live person. Literally watch them empty & still have me on hold and not answer. Someone is skipping out on doing their job and it’s not okay. I shouldn’t have to drive to BMW Dallas to receive quality service and I live in Mansfield/Arlington.
