Great experience with having my car ready there.

Please Beware the parts Department at BMW is impossible to reach. I spent 100k on a 2025 BMW and i have made close to 10 phone calls just to order a new BMW emblem. It gets better when I finally got ahold of a worker there I was put on hold 3 times and hung up on. And than when I finally got to speak to someone they told me the part can only be ordered in person. If had known that I wouldnt have even had to call in the first place! Why would anyone even bother calling in the first place? This dealership is ran like the democrats run our country!

WOW, we worked with Rich. He was super nice so was the receptionist. Rich said 10-15 days, our car was done 14 days. This is the cleanest, well run, most organized facility. Our car looks great, plus the work is guaranteed for as long as we own the car. I highly recommend Auto Nation of Delray.

Very unprofessional, they didn’t do business with me because I was young. All I wanted to to do was buy a bmw.

Although I only occasionally use this dealership, I have always had positive encounters.
