BMW of Denver Downtown Service Center

I've always enjoyed going to BMW Downtown Denver for service. The reception bay, showroom, waiting area and window to the maintenance bays are all a dazzling white and well lit. My service manager, Connor Butorac is extremely attentive to detail. He takes the time to explain any questions I have and doesn't try to upsell me on things I don't need. Compared to some of the reviews I've seen for other dealerships around the nation, the prices are fair and the work is professionally done.

I just purchased a BMW X3 M50 from this dealership. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish…from Mike, our sales rep to Kourosh, our finance rep, and Lea, the BMW Genius who showed us how to use the features of the vehicle. Everyone was so knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with! The pricing on our fully loaded vehicle was great, and we were nicely surprised by the value given to our trade-in. I highly recommend purchasing from this excellent team of professionals!

Devin Vialpando is one of the best service representatives I know. Knowledgeable and straight forward. My car gets taken care of pretty quick. I highly recommend him.

I recently had my car serviced at this location, and unfortunately the experience was inconsistent compared to my service visit there just a few weeks ago. During my previous service, everything was smooth: the team was friendly, communication was easy, and they provided a $50 Uber voucher which covered transportation to/from home while my car was there. This time around, I was only given a $25 Uber voucher, which didn’t even cover a round trip even though I live two miles away. I ended up paying mostly out of pocket just to get back to pick up my vehicle. I was also told a $100 service gift card I received (those ones that they seem to send non stop in the mail) couldn’t be applied because the services were already “discounted,” which felt misleading. Absolutely disgusted! Terrible service from start to finish. Communication was poor, responses were slow, and no real effort was made to address the issue. The entire experience felt unprofessional and disorganized, not too mentioned DISHONEST. I’m extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this service dept to anyone. Took a week to diagnose a check engine light and when I asked if the part/repair is covered under my extended warranty I was told " when I have time I will call the warranty people to find out". 3 days went by and no response, finally had enough and went to pick my vehicle up and I was told that the warranty company did not call them back.
