I worked with Brandon who went over and beyond to be helpful, stayed in touch, and was with me every step of the way. My experience with him made me change preferred dealerships. Someone who can save me time and help get me the best care possible is incredibly valuable. I rarely encounter people in customer service that do those things as well as Brandon. My car got repaired quickly, my pickup experience was easy, and my car was returned clean and in one piece. Front to back it was a perfect experience.

My service experience at BMW of Fairfax was excellent. Elena Tanase, my Service Advisor, provided exceptional customer service—clear communication, timely updates, and a very professional approach throughout the visit. She made the process easy and stress-free. Master Technician Robert Lolakas demonstrated outstanding technical expertise and attention to detail. We arrived today at the BMW service center to retrieve our BMW x3 that was getting fixed due to recall. Once we arrived, we checked in & waited for our vehicle. As our vehicle pulled up we noticed the gas door was wide open, I approached the vehicle to close the gas door and it would not close because it was broken. I went back inside and told the front desk associate that the door was broken and that’s not how we dropped the vehicle off, she told me she would grab the service advisor and his name is 978551/LASZLO BABOS. He came out and proceeded to tell us that they DO NOT have to touch the gas cap or door to get to starter for the recall and that he does not know what happened and gave no solution as to if it would be fixed.
