They worked quickly and professionally. I had problems reaching progressive to get help and things set up. The team at BMW were able to reach out to their contact and make sure everything with smooth. They did a wonderful job, my car looks as good as new.

Matthew in Collision Repair was excellent. He updated me on a regular basis as to where my car was in the repair process. BMW Collision Repair did a perfect job in repairing my 2026 5 Series after being side-swiped by a hit and run driver! You would never know my car had been damaged. I personally made an exceptional effort to choose BMW Collision, over the local Paint/Body(Pensacola Florida) They did an excellent service on my Porsche. The initial conversion with owner was good and informative. He told me that when I got there he would personally do a walk around the vehicle when I got there. I requested to see owner with whom I been solely talking to not available. Having to travel a State over to give him my business I expected more. And the final conversation with the owner was you owe $500…so I done the work give me my money. Finally I the staff welcoming and supportive.

I had my 2021 Nissan Rogue repaired at the facility. Everyone from the office staff to the repair person was friendly and helpful. Dylan dealt with me. He was excellent. I hope if I ever have any repairs in the future that Dylan helps me.
